Select a pet with the bottom buttons or by tapping its sprite. STATS / MENU shows the selected pet's vitals directly on the LCD screen; tap again or tap a pet to close. Both pets grow, rest and save independently. Rest pauses stat decay for up to five minutes, and energy recovery scales with sleep time.
